Our vision is to promote accessible housing options citywide and to foster a vibrant and inclusive community. We believe in secure and affordable homes for everyone, which drive prosperity and generational wealth, including among historically marginalized groups.

Renters’ concerns matter to us. We actively seek their input to shape our efforts, collaboratively addressing challenges and improving housing conditions.
Safeguarding the housing industry is also a key part of our mission. We identify policies that protect and strengthen the industry and advocate against negative impacts. We strive to find balance, addressing misconduct while supporting responsible providers for a fair and accountable housing market.
